Seats, roles and invites. Joining a workspace never shares anyone's candidates — every desk stays its owner's; sharing has its own explicit door (the team bench pool).
A director's view, numbers only
A standing link for a VP or director: role priorities (P0/P1/P2), PID status and the funding ledger, and the funnel numbers. Counts and roles only — no candidate data travels through it, and you can turn any window off here at any time.
Receipts on the chain
Every decision this desk records is sent to the AIR evidence chain, and the chain answers with a receipt id and a chain hash. The rows below are a reference, not the evidence - the proof lives on the chain, independently verifiable, precisely so this app does not get to grade its own homework.
The bundle is the signed export of the whole desk's audit trail and contains real candidates - correct for an audit, never for a demo or a screenshot. Demos use the fabricated sample bundle. Verify any bundle independently at airblackbox.ai/verify.
Public sources, probed before trusted
The index grows only from sources whose front door asks for nothing - and that is demonstrated, not assumed. Probe fires one keyless request and shows the raw verdict here; ingestion arms only after the door provably opened. Every probe verdict is receipted to the chain. USPTO and PatentsView are permanently off this list: their forms wanted more than the data was worth.

Same engine, same evidence chain, same people found. This changes the words on the screen and which paperwork an offer asks for.
Your default details
These describe you as the sender. They auto-fill when you schedule a screen or send outreach, so you don't retype them every time.
Outlook as your responder
Connect your own Outlook (Microsoft sign-in, nothing stored but an encrypted token) and it becomes the desk's responder: outreach sends from your real address, sent mail lands in your Sent Items, and replies arriving in your inbox are matched back to the outreach automatically, feeding the Replies and Going-cold lanes on Today. Use a personal or your own business Microsoft account, never an employer's. Disconnect anytime.
Send as your Gmail
Connect a Google app password and tracked sends go out from your own Gmail address, with opens and clicks still tracked. Requires 2-Step Verification on your Google account: create the password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords, then paste it here. It is stored encrypted and you can disconnect anytime.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar so scheduled screens create real calendar events for you and the candidate, with automatic invites. If you don't connect, screens still go out as calendar (.ics) attachments.
Chrome extension
The LinkedIn panel: open any profile, tap SN match, and see the whole story your desk knows — roles they were considered for, outreach and replies, resume on file, notes — plus match scores, email finding, and one-tap save. It reads only the profile you are viewing, on your click, which is what keeps it inside LinkedIn's guidelines.
How to install it
- Add it from the Chrome Web Store. Chrome asks once about LinkedIn and Downloads access; both are explained on the listing.
- Come back to this page and press Connect above. Pairing is one click, no copy-paste.
- Open any public LinkedIn profile and tap the SourcingNav button. Updates arrive through the store by themselves.

Connected apps
Every status below is read from the same check the feature itself gates on — this list can never claim a connection that is not real. There are deliberately no ATS connectors here: SourcingNav is the system of record, not a satellite of one. Missing something? Request an integration.
Shared bench pool
For a recruiting team on one company: each member loads their own bench, and everyone searches and matches against the combined pool. Only the bench is shared; roles, pipelines, applicants, and analytics stay private to each member. Every shared candidate is labeled with whose bench they came from.
Slack channels that feed Today
Requests from hiring managers live in Slack threads, and threads scroll. Link a channel and an ask in it lands on your Today page; when you mark it done, SourcingNav replies in the same thread so they see the answer where they asked.
One channel at a time, never a whole workspace. Only channels listed here are read; anything else the app is invited to is ignored. Link client and search channels only — an employer's internal channels do not belong in this product, and keeping them out is what keeps your data yours.
In Slack: channel name → View channel details → the ID is at the bottom. Your own member ID is under your profile → Copy member ID; it is how the desk tells your asks from theirs.
