Your data, your call

If a recruiter using SourcingNav has processed your information, you can opt out of contact, request a copy of your data, or have it deleted. We verify by email, act on it, and keep an audit record.

We only act on requests confirmed from the address itself, so nobody can delete or silence someone else's data. Deletion preserves de-identified skill statistics (GDPR Recital 26) and legally required audit records. California residents: this fulfills CCPA deletion and Delete Act (SB 362) style requests.
