A single placement at a 20% fee on a $150,000 salary is a $30,000 invoice. A year of Solo is $1,188. A sourcing-only tool is a separate seat, often with contact credits metered on top, and it still needs a sequencer and an ATS beside it.

A seat on this desk is worth what it puts on your board, so that is what the price is backed by. Start a paid plan. If, 90 days after your first charge, no candidate has reached Placed on any role in your pipeline, email hello@sourcingnav.com and the next three months are on us.
- Solo and Team. The clock starts on your first paid charge, after the free trial.
- A placement is a placement. Any candidate moved to Placed on any role in your pipeline counts, whether the engine found them or you did.
- One open role, at least. The desk has to have had a role on it during the 90 days. An engine with nothing to fill cannot fill it.
- Claim within 14 days after the window closes. We check your pipeline, and your next three monthly charges are waived. Once per account.
- Not a refund. The 90 paid days stay paid. The free days are the next 90.

Common questions
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your roles, candidates, pipeline, and outreach history all stay right where they are and stay readable. The engine just stops doing new resource-burning work (JD intake, candidate searches, evaluations, and outreach drafts) until you upgrade.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign in with your email, or with Google or Microsoft where those are switched on, and you are on the trial. No card, no forms.
How do I upgrade?
In the app: Settings, then Your plan, then Upgrade. That takes you through Stripe Checkout and your desk flips to Solo or Team the moment payment clears. Prefer a human? Email hello@sourcingnav.com and we will sort it the same day.
Why $99 a month?
SourcingNav runs real searches, real email verification, and real AI evaluation on your behalf, and those cost real money per candidate. The price is set to keep the engine running and improving, not to squeeze agencies. One placement fee pays for years of it. Team is $349, priced for up to five recruiters, under $70 a seat.
What is the placement guarantee?
If no candidate reaches Placed on any role in your pipeline during the 90 days after your first paid charge, and you had at least one open role on the desk in that time, email hello@sourcingnav.com within 14 days and your next three monthly charges are waived. It is not a refund of the days already paid, and it applies once per account. The full terms are above.
Does SourcingNav take a cut of my placement fees?
Never. The fee tracking in the pipeline is your bookkeeping, not our billing. You keep 100 percent of every placement.
What are the trial usage limits?
The trial includes 10 JD intakes, 25 candidate evaluations, and 25 outreach drafts over the 14 days, with candidate search included. That is enough to take several real roles from JD to submitted candidates and see the whole engine work. Paid plans raise the limits for full-desk daily use.
Does SourcingNav integrate with Greenhouse or another ATS?
You would not need Greenhouse. SourcingNav is the system of record: sourcing, outreach, pipeline, interviews, offers, and placements live in one place, with a receipt behind every decision. It is built to replace the sourcing tool, the sequencer, and the ATS, not to bolt onto them. A team switching over can upload the export it took from the system it is leaving.
Can I cancel?
Any time, yourself: Settings, then Your plan, then Manage billing opens your Stripe billing portal, with your card, your invoices and Cancel, and no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and your data stays readable after it ends.
